Best coworker feedback on my yearly “Staff Development Review”:

Matt is a ‘gunslinger’ when it comes to UI technical problems.

awwww yeah. “Gunslinger”! Right in there along with “Matt is an attentive listener,” “Matt performs very well in a team environment”, “Matt has a positive attitude towards work” (snort!), and all the other enterprisey buzzword-laden flattery.

Too bad these things are anonymous, because I want to tell this fellow that he made my day. “Gunslinger.” That’s awesome.
