I haven’t posted in over 3 weeks. It has not been for lack of things to say or report, but simply the lack of time or motivation. Now I feel the overflow of words pressing upon me and the urge to unleash all my thoughts, opinions, and happenings upon you, my unsuspecting public. I have, in my planner, a list of post topics — most journal entries, but also the second installation in my classical education series. It shall be on the history of classical education, though, so it shall take some reading and research; then the third installation will perhaps be about who should pursue classical education — who is best suited for it; is it the best option for everyone. I have a few thoughts of my own already, but that too will take further investigation.
Housing decisions have been made, Hans has had a birthday and is speaking constantly, Jaeger is growing and changing, school is approaching, summer is hot, and I am an English major, not an accountant. All this and more shall be elaborated on as the next few days unfold…
