Not the bug kind
It is now public knowledge — I shall be an aunt in November!
Congratulations to Austin & Barb! We are all excited. Now to wait the first excruciating 20 weeks before “peeking.” :)
Since the next two babies in the church are due in 3 and 8 weeks, this also relieves the building tension that Grace Church’s trend since its existance would break: at least one family within the church has been expecting since the church began and Kirsten & Kara were but expectations themselves. Jaeger broke the 14-baby, 4-year trend of boy/girl/boy/girl rotation, but I am happy the baby trend shall continue! And I am more happy that this baby shall be family, of course! :) So, now we shall wait to see if this will be the 6th boy in a row (8th, if you count Asa and Russ & Amy’s soon-to-be-born son) or if they’ll have the first granddaughter. Either would be excellent. :)
