Online Radio
When we moved in to this rental house, Matt hooked up a spare set of speakers in the living/kitchen area (all open) to the computer in the office (the master suite, which is the same size as the living room), where our stereo is also hooked up. So I can play a CD, the radio, MP3s, and online radio stations through the computer and hear it throughout the house. Actually, because we have a DVD drive (we’re using our computer as our movie-only television), we can also listen to movies throughout the house (I always forget about that option, though; I do enjoy simply listening to My Fair Lady almost as much as watching it).
Anyway, the past few days I’ve had the inclination to play classical music while the boys play. I’m supposed to be developing their tastes, right? Well, might as well actually do something about that. I personally still find it annoying after an hour or two, so I guess my tastes are in more dire need of development. :)
Here are the stations we’ve been listening to:
Classical Music America (commercial station)
Classical KING FM (Seattle, public)
and, for a little twist sometimes
Streaming Soundtracks (online only)

Enter in an artist you like and the radio station will play music from similiar sounding artists.

Not classical, but older Christian worship (70′s and 80′s).
