Thus the children, kept up in God's fear and preserved by his grace, finding pain in ill-doing and pleasure in well-studying, should easily be brought to honesty of life and perfectness of learning, the only mark that good and wise fathers do wish and labour that their children should most busily and carefully shoot at.
