First Home Visit
My midwife came over this morning for my first home visit. After gory details I won’t go into, it is apparent that little Ilse is in some position not head-down, possibly sideways, but her whole body is high and she’s nowhere near where she needs to be for contractions (which I have had) to be effective.
So, I have an ultrasound tomorrow and we’ll just see what she’s up to. She was definitely head down and almost engaged last week.
I guess this is where super-active babies get you. :) She is still protesting all the poking and smooshing of my stomach. “You want your tummy pushed around? I’ll give you a pushed around tummy!”
Uh oh! Call me if you need a babysitter!
Thanks for the offer. :) Tri-City Radiology is less than a mile from my mom’s, so that works out pretty conveniently.
