Misinterpretation
Hans likes Mommy music. Hans sings to Mommy’s music. Hans hears the funniest things in Mommy’s music:
Real lyric: “all her debts are cast on me”
Hans’ version: “all her debts are cats on me…Mommy! He has cats on him!”
Real lyric: “Not my home, not my home”
Hans’ version: “Nut my home, nut my home…Mommy! He says his home is a nut!”
Real lyric: “I’m about to shock my family”
Hans’ version: “I’m about to shot my family” — yeah, that one got squashed pretty quickly. :) Now when we hear that song Hans will remind me “shock means surprise.”
That is too funny!! Bennett loves when he hears the word, “Acts.” He interprets it as axe and gets real excited!
It looks to me like you and Hans have got great taste in music.
