First, let us begin with a picture of the living room Matt took just after he finished sanding the floor the first time, before we moved in. He had also installed the new front door you see here.
Now, here are the pictures of its current state. This is unretouched, unretouched photo and unretouched living room. No tidying for the camera, no arrangement for the shoot. Just real-life here, folks:
You do see above the lovely chandelier Matt installed before things started getting backordered and backlogged and also the other kitchen window that is still to be installed.
Also take note of the several “orbs” in the first picture, which Internet folklore informs me are actually spirits. Right there. Ghosts. Ghosts floating around in the living room.
Now if only I can train them to fetch me a beer. Or, better yet, install kitchen cabinetry.
