Housework Week
Accomplished so far this week:
- clean laundry backlog put away (thanks, Matt!)
- upstairs linen closet cleared out and ordered (thanks, Matt!)
- laundry washed and actually put away afterwards
- half-way through dealing with children’s clothes (too small, too big, etc.) in boys’ room and Ilse’s room
- half-way done preparing the spare room to become “Ilse’s room”
- vacuumed stairs, upstairs hallway, and bedrooms
- thorough kitchen counter clean
- backlog of hand-wash dishes washed (but now there are more to do!)
- kitchen floor scrubbed
- dining & living room mopped
Still to do:
- thoroughly clean upstairs bathroom
- thoroughly clean downstairs bathroom
- sweep & wash stairs to the basement
- finish dealing with clothes
- finish making Ilse’s room habitable
- dust
- wash vertical kitchen surfaces
