Christmas Gifts: Crafty Edition

Now that Christmas is over and the gifts are given and received, I can post pictures of my projects.

I had fun this year creating various scarves by finding a stitch I wanted to try, picking a yarn that suited the person, choosing a hook size to get the effect I wanted, and finding rough measurements for the style I was going for by looking at store-bought scarves online.

This one I made in November for our church’s Silent Auction. I realized after the cowl was no longer in my possession that I should have modeled it using the Mac’s built-in camera instead of a mirror.

I had to make a purple beret for myself while I was at it.
